Medjetassist provides a service that will fly you back to the U.S. They will extract you and get you to a hospital ASAP. It's unlikely that an injury will occur and we always do our best to watch out for the safety of the hunter BUT for around $320.00 a year (family membership) this may be something to look into. Not only will it cover your safari but other travel you may do in the year. A medical evacuation from Africa to your home may cost you $50,000 without this coverage.
